Profiles and Smart Mode

Profiles provide repeatable presets: minimal, default, detailed, and custom. Smart mode adapts maximum depth, file visibility, and collapsed directories to repository size and detected characteristics.

doc-gen structure print . --profile minimal
doc-gen structure print . --profile detailed
doc-gen structure print . --smart

Explicit CLI values override profile, configuration, and built-in values according to the resolver's precedence.
