Custy menentukan dry-run berdasarkan urutan berikut: explicit CLI option, setting tool.custy.cli.execution.dry_run, lalu built-in default false. Karena itu, tidak menyertakan --dry-run belum tentu mengaktifkan normal execution jika configuration menetapkan dry_run = true.
